The company was established in Montevideo (Uruguay) in 1992. While a young company, it has a long tradition of technological achievement in the field of biologicals passed down from the past, as it was originally founded by former employees of Coopers Animal Health.

International manufacturing and quality control standards are carefully followed by a qualified and experienced technical staff.

The laboratory is subject to permanent revision and analysis of its internal processes, which together with a day to day review and involvement of key suppliers and optimisation of freight costs, guarantees cost effective supplies to customers all over the world.

Some of the countries that are or have been supplied with Prondil vaccines include Israel, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Togo, South Africa, Morocco, Zambia, Botswana, Saudí Arabia, Jordan, Spain, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Paraguay and Uruguay, either directly or through the FAO (from the United Nations).
